REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is an OTT Audio Entertainment company that provides audio series, podcasts, and audiobooks across a wide variety of genres in the US and globally. Due to US market growth a Creative Writer is needed.   As a Creative Writer you will be responsible for writing, analyzing, strategizing, and optimizing promotional content to enhance audience engagement and drive growth for business. The role typically involves working closely with growth, marketing, creative teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that promotional materials resonate with target audiences and meet the desired marketing metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Write promos (short and long form) for new and existing content library with ultimate goal of increasing app installs by users.
Possess a deep understanding of Pop Culture references and tropes that could be used to write compelling Promos.
Filter content to create short summaries and snippets.
Interpret ad performance of the promos written to understand user behavior.
Develop scripts for video promos and trailers that effectively communicate the desired message.
Optimize the scripts and create new variations basis data led learning.
Maintain accurate records of work produced.
Work with various departments to ensure promotional materials are produced according to set goals.
Conduct market research to understand audience preferences, trends, and competitor strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and creative techniques that can be leveraged in promotional content.
Track creative content performance (e.g., using Facebook Ads Manager) and make data-driven adjustments.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in roles such as Copy writing, Script Writing, Copy Editing, and Promo Writing.
Possess knowledge in heavy experimentation and iteration background in storytelling and/or promotional writing.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions.
Creativity: Strong understanding of creative processes and how to evaluate creative content.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate insights and recommendations.
Market Awareness: Deep understanding of market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity.
Data Proficiency: Evaluate and interpret market performance data relevant to their role in marketing projects.
