Project Manager_Traffic

HYBRID-WILMINGTON, DE

35 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage high volume work assignments, capacity planning, and quarterly planning for the in-house agency, creative studio.
* Team meetings for sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, ticket refinement for business line and enterprise marketing teams.
* Prepare work for designer readiness, negotiate delivery and timing details to allow the team to meet deadlines, and achieve team goals.
* Work with scrum masters across marketing to continually improve team efficiency levels, and capacity.
* Work with multiple business line teams to understand the work, prioritize the work, and assign the work.
* Provide transparency for team capacity, individual capacity, and identify need for outside support to meet the demands.
* Provide reporting and collaboration with scrum masters and marketing teams.
* Communicate quarterly readouts, while identifying risks, capacity and resourcing constraints.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with JIRA/Agile
* Five plus years ad agency or in-house creative experience in similar role.
