Ad Agency client searching for two Account Managers to join growing agency.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

*Will work to support senior staff in the management of client-related activities.
*Will serve as day-to-day contact for corporate accounts, while working to manage, meet and exceed the needs of each account.
*High-level strategic and creative thinking are required to develop results-driven marketing programs, while providing turn-key customer service resulting in flawless activation executions.
*Responsible for marketing strategy, social media strategy, budget management and activation logistics for each assigned client.
*Manage workflow on assigned projects to assure deadlines are met.
*Plan and coordinate events, managing vendors and overall logistics.
*Prepare and distribute weekly updates on each account to upper management.
*Monitor budgets and overall spends within accounts.
*Work closely with production and media teams to ensure all creative is trafficked out accurately and on time.
*Ensure all paperwork and online filing is organized and up to date.
*Fulfill ongoing day to day client requests.
*Monitor and keep client team abreast of all industry trends and information related to assigned accounts.
*Engage junior account team members for support.
*Social support for clients and agency.

REQUIREMENTS: 

*4-6 years of hospitality and social experience and expertise in the corporate sponsorship industry ideal.
*Strong knowledge and understanding of the event planning landscape.
*Motorsports experience is preferred but not required.
*Must be highly motivated, have strong multi-tasking and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
*Position requires an independent worker, yet someone that demonstrates the ability to lead and work well as a team.
*Ability to work independently and proactively, while simultaneously being a team player.
*Excels in time management skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and service multiple accounts.
*Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients, vendors and team members.
*Strong critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills.
*Detail-oriented, well organized and quick problem solver.
*Ability and desire to learn new skills as needed, and stay up to date on changes and advancements within the marketing landscape.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; experience in administration of major social media platforms is preferred.
*Strong desire to grow and advance within the agency.

TRAVEL:
Employee must be willing to travel on weekends and some holidays (domestic & international); paid for by company.
