6 month freelance position covering maternity leave beginning asap. Candidate will have financial services experience, supporting sales efforts in channel marketing capacity. In addition, experience with campaign development and ability to project manage various campaigns through life cycle needed.
- Collaborate with key business partners across Marketing, Brand and Product to create industry leading marketing content, campaign strategies and sales enablement programs that seek to increase brand recognition
- Drive channel marketing efforts focused on home office gatekeeper relationship building and advisor engagement
- Partner with retail Sales and Key Accounts teams to translate channel and firm business strategies and initiatives into marketing plans, campaigns and collateral that drive market share and Advisor loyalty
- Responsible for customizing messaging and content for the retail channel
- Closely collaborate with Distribution to develop and execute client engagement model
- Segment advisors for targeted messaging
- Target support for focus distributors (model/platform placements/home office initiatives/research alignment)
- Support client meetings and conferences with appropriate marketing and sales resources
- Make effective and collaborative use of various marketing tools such as email, social, paid content, webcasts and advertising to create a consistent and client experience.
- Experience with people management, leadership and driving a culture of inclusivity
- Strong knowledge of relationship marketing including direct and digital marketing practices to drive new and existing advisor relationships
- 5+ years intermediary asset management experience
- Strong working knowledge and experience supporting Key Accounts or Strategic Relationship Group’s in their efforts to drive platform placement
- Insights and perspectives on advisors by firm and by channel—their motivations, buying habits
- Experience working with financial advisors with a strong understanding of how they operate
- Strong understanding of Wirehouse and Independent channel
- Demonstrated success in working with multiple sales forces
- Experience in building thematic and highly targeted solution-based campaigns
- Demonstrated success with integrating marketing and sales around common goals and objectives
