Vice President Production and Video Sales
REMOTE POSITION – Life Science Industry
Must have experience selling live, virtual and/or hybrid events for the Life Science industry
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development
* Develop new sales opportunities by executing sales strategies targeting new accounts fitting the Company’s client model.
* Establish rapport to take a consultative approach to solving client problems. Earn prospect trust to learn their needs and provide solutions roadmap.
* Present and demonstrate the value of company’s solutions to qualified prospective clients; always positioning to close business.
* Produce optimal proposal materials to clearly define the company’s value proposition as an impetus to contract new business.
* Implement Business Plans to increase sales volume, and market share, expand relationships, and create referral opportunities.
* Always contribute market insight for improved and expanded Company offerings.
Execution and Revenue Generation
* Seek out, build, and maintain a targeted prospect list to pursue.
* Meet and exceed Company sales objectives by adopting the company’s methodology, including KPI adherence, exceeding activity targets
* Employ CRM for prospect development, activities tracking, forecasting, reporting, and accountability.
* Prepare and negotiate agreements to optimize selling Gross Margins in consultation with the team.
Post-Sale Responsibilities
* Work with Production, Finance, Education & Training teams to transition new clients to the company process.
* Work with internal staff to resolve any issues related to implementation or support,
* Leverage key accounts or partner relationships for additional sales and referrals;
* Perform impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with key clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities
* Provide feedback to Senior Management regarding ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and/or improve the Company’s brand and reputation;
* Provide ongoing market perspective by monitoring competitors, attending conferences (e.g., LTEN), and participating in campaigns.
* Represent company professionally and effectively and act as an ambassador for the brand at all times including conferences, professional organizations, and networking events as well as all internal interactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Communication or Business or related field
* 3-5 years’ proven successful sales experience in Life Sciences industry
* Comprehensive and current knowledge of industry offerings and trends
* Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software
* Must be eligible to work in the US
